Jeremiah 17:9-10

The heart is more deceitful
than all else
And is desperately sick;
Who can understand it?
I, the Lord, search the heart,
I test the mind,
Even to give to each man
according to his ways,
According to the results of his deeds.

How very true it is. Many times one must use their mind before they can trust their heart. I think this applies most when it comes to romance and love. Truly, the heart can be deceitful. But God knows what is true in our hearts and our minds.

ya cause the mind is not at that level with god yet, thats why its saids not to lean on are understand and knowage but to lean on gods understanding and knoweage
