Profile Information

My Testimony (about me): Im Courtney. Im 20. I grew up in a small town with my mom, dad and older sister. When I was five I was diagnosed with type one diabetes so that has been a huge part of my life and who I am today. My parents never pressed God or religion on my sister and I, they wanted us to decide for ourselves. I started going to youth group in middle school and developed a stong relationship with God. I was then baptized on July 4, 2004. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis when I was 16 and that was (and still is) really hard to handle. I dont trust easily and I have my reasons. I have been through a lot for a 20 year old but I know that all of it has made me stronger, wiser, and closer to God.
I thank God everyday for helping me get through life's obstacles and all he has blessed me with. I am a very lucky woman to have two amazing parents who love me more than I could imagine, a great job, and the best friends anyone could ask for.

Now, I have a puppy, Tilly, she is one of the biggest blessings in my life! I am a junior at OSU, majoring in psychology with an option in criminal justice. I love art, music and fashion. I have learned that life can be a love/hate thing but I have an amazing family and friends so I am excited to see what happens next.
