My Inspiration? God, Jesus, Life, and of course Langston Hughes. Why Write? It's a God-given gift, I want to help bring healing to hurting people, and families through my inspirational writings. There are many don't have no where to turn, a shoulder to lean on, and even an ear to hear. If I can encourage, sympathize, and bring THE ANSWER (JESUS CHRIST) to anyone then my writing and life won't be in vain.

Smith-Hall, Wife, Mother, Inspirational Poet/Writer was born September 5, 1977 to Walter C. and Bobbie J. Smith (both deceased) in Chapel Hill N.C. Throughout her childhood she was raised in the following three cities and states: Wadesboro, N.C, Jamaica Queens N.Y, and Sterling, VA.
Saved and Baptized at the age of seven, Holy Ghost filled and called by the LORD like the Prophet “Samuel” in 1994 at the age of seventeen. Immediately following, her first message was “Repent, Forgive, Forget, and Pick up your Cross.” Called to a "higher calling" to become a Mother in 2005, God mandated her to encourage Christians (especially Women).
My mission is to help (through her writings) bring restoration and healing to families, and to encourage women young and old that they “can do all things through Christ who strengthens them”.
