Ever felt sucker punched by someone you loved? How about by someone you looked up to? Does it hurt when they point out the obvious? Quiet Time?

It's been a long while. I'm well overdue for my quiet time with God. I'm going to get on that asap. It's hard to make time when there are a ton of distractions, but it gives you time to reflect...
He's always there for me at all hours of the day and constantly has my back, yet I can't make five minutes for Him? It's pretty sad.
