My Testimony (about me)

God has done so much for me it would take a whole page, so I'll try and be as brief as possible. I was laid off from a factory in 2004. At that time I had fallen away from God, and as most of us do I turned to him in my time of despair. I had always loved to work with the elderly, so I decided to start my own business. With a unemployment check and god I started my journey. I didn't have money for business cards or advertisements so i made my own with a computer that i knew nothing about. By December 2004, I had got my first patient on private pay, and by the middle of 2005 I had signed a contract with a home health agencies to staff all of their private duty overflow. At that time I did not have a clue as to what I was getting into I just knew god had opened a door for me and I was going to go through it. I then applied for the medicaid model waiver whic would make me a accual provider for the State of Tennessee. In September 2008 I was approved for 9 counties and offered 4 services for the elderly. In April 2009 I was given the opportunity to buy a beautiful retirement resort which I concidered another blessing from god. I now am waiting on approval from the state to add assisted living to my waiver, where at that time I will be able to help alot more people. Duriing this journey I have recieved my G.E.D, PSSA and ADDMINISRTATOR LICENSE. God has also blessed me with a precious godly man for a husband. God is my all and my everything.
