My Testimony (about me): oh wow. umm... me? Well, i'm 15 years old and i'm a freshman in highschool. It's not that great, haha. I've had a hard life, full of heartbrake and bretrayal. I was born by accident (or i guess conceived by accident is more accurate). My mother was only 18 when she had me and was immediately disowned by her parents. We lived in a small, disgusting condo in Pensacola, Fl for 7 years of my life. My father, who was a drug addict, stayed with us until i was around 5. He was a horrible father and much to immature and young to be one. I still loved him and trusted him, though. He broke my heart when i watched him brake my mom's. He left early one morning for the last time (he was always in and out). I watched him get on the city bus and ride away. My mom never broke down, never cried, never showed pain. She worked full time and when to college full time. My mother has been the only person i have been able to put all my strength and trust in. So eventually i gave up on my father and tried to move on. The people at my school were cruel and full of sin. I fell into it quickly, and didn't understand anything about Christ. I felt that something was wrong in my life. Like something was missing, but of course, i had no idea what it could be (except a dad). One night my mom told me i was going to church with her. It was a completely bizzare concept for me. Church...? What is church? But we walked in those doors when i was 10 years old and i saw my mom kneal at the altar and burst into tears. I knew right then that something was up with this God guy. So i walked up next to her and knealed. I talked to the pastor there and asked him to explain what i was supposed to do. I still didn't fully understand, but finally when i turned 12... it hit me. I wanted God in my life. I remembered everyone saying that God was our Father that would never betray us. I wanted that. I wanted to feel loved and cared for. So i asked my mom to take me to get baptized. By this time she was married again. And he got adopted with me. I gave everything i had to God that night and never regret it. Ever since then i've done my best to stay out of the horrible sin of my past and follow His word every second. Today i'm closer to God than i have ever been, and i am not ashamed. :)
