Hello, Lisa its good to see that God is at work in your life. God truly is good and faithful to keep all His promises to those who love Him. I went through alot over the last 4 years. I battled with years of drug use to the point that it controlled every aspect off my life. It all seemed to go well at first then a series of events began to take place in 2005 that started to show me that i was in self distruct and unable to help myself. I went to jail numerous times, each time making promises to God that i would stop. Only to get out of jail to crawl right back into the same pit i was trying to escape from. The yo-yo effect i call it. But, in march of 2007 i was back in jail, this time my parents would not get me out, there i was right were God wanted me to be so i would listen. I grew up in church and new truth but then it had no effect until God brought me to a place in my life that caused me to cry out to Him. Then God's truth began to move in my heart, He revealed my need for Him. On march 27th, i confessed christ as lord of my life. I went to the haven of rest jan. 2, 2008 then went from there to the Transformation life center a mens discipleship program, which i graduated in may. Now i go to school and counsel guys who have come to know Jesus christ as lord in there life. Praise GOD for His goodness.

Hey Lisa. Thanks for accepting me as your friend and for being so sweet. We are very excited about the wedding and how the Lord is working in our lives. Sometimes we have to go through the really bad to receive the blessings the Lord has for us. If you ever want to share more about what the Lord is doing in your life, you have a friend here who will listen. Love your sister in Christ.

I feel the same way. I know that God brings people into our lives when we need them and they may not be close friends or even friends we have for long, but it always in His perfect timing. As far as you finding the man God has for you, I believe that you will know when God is ready to open your heart and direct you to THE ONE He made you to love. I would encourage you to start praying for him daily even if you don't know his name yet. hehe I really had to scrape the bottom of the barrel where men are concerned before God led Ricky and I together. We were both at our lowest of low's and it was only through the grace of God that we were able to see past the shame, scars, and deep rooted shame to find the heartbeat under it all. I know God made me to love this man and to share my life with his. Girl GOD is so AWESOME!! I will be in prayer that God continue to show you His plan and the direction of the path He has for you. I know that He will continue to use your testimony. You are a wonderful woman and I am so glad you are my friend!! Love your sister in Christ always!!

Good morning beautiful! I want you to know that I am truly sorry for your pain and suffering, but I am ever so thankful that the Lord saved you and brought you through it. Failed marriage is really hard and it can set us up for a path of failure, if we give into it. I feel so blessed to be able to share and encourage you, but even more so that you do that for me! Thank you for being you!! So do you have any children? Is your family supportive? Any possible dates around the corner?? As for me and my baby, we are so blessed. I make sure to thank God for him every single day, because I know what an amazing gift God has blessed me with in Ricky's love for me. We are pretty sure it will be on March 13th for two reasons. One is that it's the best possible time with my crazy work schedule and his school schedule, but more importantly, I just want to be his wife NOW!!! hehe The main problem is paying for the wedding and still being able to have my dream wedding. I have come to terms with the fact that I already have the best man, so it will be perfect no matter what. I need to get back to work, but please know I am thinking about you and always praying for you!!

Girl I am so sorry it has taken me forever and a day to write back, I have been so crazy busy this week. Isn't it always like that when we take a few days off!!! hehe Okay so first off, how are the kids feeling now? I know you had to be scared to death! I actually put my mother through that when I was little and have scars on my head to prove it. LOL SO we had an amazing weekend and are so blessed that we had some time away. We went to Charles Stanley's church and it was SOOOOO wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and then we heard a man sing (Daniel Crews) who made me cry. The message was right on and we are so thankful we were able to attend. We are still at zero with the wedding planning, but I AM NOT going to stress. Okay so I am trying not to. hehe I hope you have the BEST day and that God is filling you with each and every breath you take. Love ya!!!
