My Testimony (about me): When I was little, I was baptized and attended a church, mainly because I felt that doing so was what I was supposed to do. I didn't really care about what church was, I was "going through the motions". I did so up until I was probably almost 17 when I met my boyfriend. He was the youth pastor at a church and once we started dating he took me there. Now, I have ALWAYS been shy, but when I walked into the room and met all of these people who just loved the lord with all of their hearts and souls and minds, I wanted what they had. I believe it was probably about two weeks later that I asked Christ into my heart, And then I knew I was called to do something in ministry. Not sure what, but all I knew was that this man that God had placed me with, would forever change my life. Well after a few months, came the temptations, the "oh come on, its just once, No one will know" and the little pushes Satan gives us. Well, of course christians will fall. And boy did I. I think my fall lasted around six months till we hit bottom... (My boyfriend too) One thursday night at our youth, we had the most amazing service, God was moving and convicting me, calling me back to him. The next week, Satan made his call. My boyfriend and I were cleaning up after an awful service where the kids were just moving through the motions like I did as a kid, and we were so upset about it. We knew we were being attacked. Well, we heard footsteps and doors slamming up stairs. The doors were locked so at first we weren't too worried. Then they got louder and louder. (Flash back!!! The night before this, i had a dream that Jesus was coming back and that I was "getting left behind" in a since. My boyfriend and my friend Tina and my other friend Deborah were reaching to me and I couldnt reach, it started to rain fire and the trees were blazing, all the while a cleaning flood was coming. wierd but that dream told me to change) OKAY back to the story, we decided to go out the downstairs doors to leave, because we both had a bad feeling. Well as soon as we got to the doors, rain and hail just started pouring down, and the car was up the hill by the upstairs doors so we just decided to go up that way after all. When we went up to lock up before we took everyone home, all the lights were off. Well when we were leaving, the womens bathroom light was on and you could clearly see the shadow of someone standing on the other side. (Now have in mind, I was a total horror flick fanatic) Well when we got out and was leaving, I was feeling something telling me that what had just happened was God hitting me on the head, how a sheppard must drive his sheep, he will have one straying, and that one will keep straying til the sheppard gives him that one warning hit. That was what had happened. On the way home, wouldn't you know that there was a brush pile on fire...And for some reason that brought my dream back to me. And I knew i had my testimony.. I had to change.

Now i believe that I have changed, I am still having trips and stumbles but I love the lord!!!!! I feel called to have my own teen girl ministry someday. And that all that I am doing up till then will be training me for that day.
