I am glad to see that you found lifespace!
I want to encourage you. A year an a half ago, my daughter was destroying her life before our very eyes with drugs and alcohol, and everything else that goes along with that lifestyle. She was only 16 years old. Fortunately, I found Hope for Teens, offered through Spirit Life Church while doing a google search one day. My husband & I sent our daughter to the Hope for Teens program, and it was the best decision that we ever made! Our daughter turned her life around, and she is becoming the woman that God created her to be. God not only rescued her, but he is healing and restoring our whole family through this amazing ministry. It was not an accident that we found this ministry, just like it isn't an accident that you did too. I don't know what your struggles are, but I do know that you can trust God because I believe that He is at work in your situation to bring healing, restoration, and victory. He is faithful and trustworthy...

Hello, Pamela. Don't give up or doubt that God is working with you on your difficulties. I understand your frustration and fears. Three years ago, I too walked in your shoes. Divorced and facing way too many challenges. My daughter fell into deep drepression and was dropped from High School. She became incredibly rebellious and was engaging in sex and wasting her life away on video games. After dozens of doctor visits and many other attempts to help her, I chanced upon "Hope for Teens" on a google search. I had her picked up by the transport team in Phoenix and taken to the Second Chance program there. In just a few weeks, she voluntarily quit taking all her medication for migrains and depression. She rededicated her life to Jesus and asked to stay in Phoenix for another year to enroll in their Bible College "Elijah Generation". She now has her high school diploma and is beginning her second year as a college sophomore at a local college. My name is Chad and I just want to tell you about how this ministry has changed my life. First of all I was a rebellious child. And was using minor drugs, and drinking a lot, also I was very addicted to video games. My parents being the parents they were knew that it would not be good for sin to be in there home so they sent me to 2nd Chance by faith alone. Since then I had an encounter with Christ after the frist month of being here. I gave my heart to God and He's changed my life forever. I have now lived here for 2 and half years and just seen miracle after miracle. I would encourage you to have your child come down here. This is a great place that stays true to Bible and really has a heart for youth, and family restoration. Be Blessed.
