My Testimony (about me): In 1999, I was driving home, listening secular music cranked up and smoking a cigarette. I suddently heard a voice so audible that I could hear it over the radio. It said, "Ralph, what are you doing with your life?" I felt a strange conviction fall over me. I turned down the radio and listened and once again I heard the voice, "What are you doing with your life?" By the time, I got home I was in tears. I cried and began repenting my sins. The next day I got rid of all my secular music, books, and I was sooooo on fire for the Lord. I quit cussing, drinking, and smoking. I wanted to be rid of all those things that I knew were unclean in my life. I began having dreams always spiritual and visions. I went to pastors but most thought I was either crazy or as one said, "new christians should be locked in a closet for a year, until they settle down."
I felt God had called me into ministry but because I had been divorced more than once, I was told I could never be a pastor or be called into ministry. I connected with an elderly pastor who recently stepped down from his position to work on a Missions board. We were so close and he knew that God had placed a call on my life. Since he stepped down, I feel lost. I am having a hard time finding a church. In 2001, I had two visions of seeing myself baptizing people on a nearby beach...the first vision there were only 50 or 60 people, but the second vision, God showed me thousands on the beach waiting and there were other people baptizing as well.
I feel sort of lost now, not knowing where to re-kindle my passion and allowing the world to alter my first love, Jesus.
I know that I have this calling and I can only pray that God will help me find the place I am meant to be.

Your Home Church & Location?: Visiting churches in area... my pastor stepped down after many years of service and is helping with a missions board. The new pastor who I tried to support is going in a direction that does not feel right with my spirit. So I am seeking another church.
