My Testimony (about me)
I Well I am changing my testiomy. After visiting SpiritLife church we have decided to entrust our child into the hands of hope4teens. When I first became a member of Lifespace I was blessed with many people who prayed for my son. The two weeks that I was on lifespace, Jonathan had his best times in wilderness therapy. I know it was from your prayers. There are some things that have to come together before we can send him, so we are praying that God provides. I know that my son is in his hands. I can't wait until my son's heart is there as well.

Hi Victoria. I encourage you to go to the website at The Father's Heart Foundation. We have a cool packet that we send out to potential donors. Maybe you want to talk to Ramon and Kathy and see how you can start a campaign to raise money for your son. Also I will create a group here on LifeSpace so that you can make an appeal and we can direct people who wish to sponsor to the group. www.lifespace.cc/group/fathersheart

Hi Victoria,
I am a graduate from Hope for Teens. I came into the program in August, and God changed my life. Before I got here, I was selling drugs, stealing cars, braking and entering into homes. I started smoking weed and drinking in jr. high, i was locked up for 3 months and in high school, i was using cocaine, acid, shrooms and smoking opium. I was an alcoholic, drinking and partying everynight. I rebelled against my parents, i dropped out of high school, moved out of my house, started getting tattoos and piercings. I got arrested in july for a D.U.I and giving false information to a police officer, because of my previous criminal record, i was looking at jail time. I came to Hope for Teens to find a way and escape from going to jail. For the first month i was her, I rebelled and disrespected my authorities. At one service in September, I gave my life to Jesus, something I had never done before. My perspective on life changed. I have built a better relationship with my parents, my authorities and with God, who I give all the praise and the glory to. I got my G.E.D. now I am in one of the secondary programs here. God is amazing and has helped me big time. I believe that your son will find the love of christ here at this program.

Hello Victoria, I have worked with young people for long time now and this is the only place that I've found with this high percentage of success.
God Bless you,
John

Hi Victoria,
My name is Devin Beisel and I have had the privelege of working for Hope for Teens for a few years now. I have seen so many young people come to this place and experience hope, purpose, and joy like never before. I once was a teenager caught in the web of drugs, sex, and partying, but thanks to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I was able to walk away from that lifestyle. I have been honored to work with some of the most amazing young people through this program. Be encouraged with your son, because their is always hope in Jesus Christ and He is the author and the finisher of our faith. I will be praying for you and I know that, because you are putting feet to your faith, you will see a miracle in your son's life.
God Bless You!

Hi Victoria,

I am a graduate from the 2nd Chance program. During this program I learned a lot about having a foundation in Christ and character. I learned how to submit and be obedient to authority and much much more. Let me give you a quick version of my testimony. When I was 14 I got invovled in drinking alcohol due to hanging out with bad friends, when I turned 15 I was already smoking weed and doing numerous pills like adderall and ritalin. I was heavily involved in the party scene and one day I got sick of it so I became a recluse in my room and got addicted to video games. My parents sent me to 2nd chance as a last resort and my life has been changed by the power of Jesus Christ and I'm sure if God could change me he could change your son

Hi Victoria,
My name is Wes and I have been a part of this ministry for 5 years now. I was hooked on drugs and alcohol, and into sex and vandelism. I listened to horrible music, couldn't hold a job, couldn't stay sober, and didn't know where to go. Fortunately, Jesus found me before I found him, and he led me to this ministry. The impact this ministry has had on my life cannot be expressed in any words, but can be seen by the evidence of dramatic change in my life. I have been serving God faithfully for 5 years now, and I have seen hundreds of people, especially youth, who have had their lives completely changed by the way God uses this ministry. This ministry is a vessel of God's glory, and we are commited to never stop seeing others discipled in Christ in a way that changes them forever.

Hi Victoria, My name is Becky Andrews, "Papa John's" wife. We have worked with a state run behavior modification program and knew the only thing that would make a lasting difference was a heart change. Since coming here to work with this program 6 years ago, we have found what we had believed to be true. The youth not only have a revelation of who Jesus is, but also often find hope and purpose in their lives. The parents are an integral part of the healing and growing process. They are also ministered to in many ways including the weekly Parenting Workshop phone conference. God bless you in your decision.

Hey victoria, my name is Ashley and i'm 17 years old, and I wanted to let you know that you and your family will be in my prayers. I came to the second chance program here myself and it transformed my life. Just by reading your testimony I can tell your a lot like my mom when I was out in the world. My mom never gave up on me and always prayed for me. I was invloved in drugs and drinking, got offended with the church and ran from God and my family. I was distant, angry, rebellious, and disrespectful. I was put into detox and that is when my mom found this second chance program...it was the first one to pop up on the google search. I was here in Phoenix for 5 days before giving my life to the Lord. I have now been here for over a year and am currently in the bible college Elijah Generation. I have learned sooo many key lessons like how to communicate and how to endure through hard times. My character has grown a lot and my relationship with my family is better than it has ever been and I have so many oppertunites for working in or outside of the ministry because of the many skills I have recieved here. If you want my view on the program....without God and without this program I dont know where I would be today. My life has been completly transformed. I hope to hear from you soon! God Bless you!

Hi Victoria! It's nice to meet you :) My name is Ashley and I'm from a little town in Georgia. I grew up in church and knew about God. When I was 16 I came out here to do a program called Spiritual Boot Camp. I met God in a way that I've never known before. He gave me direction and purpose for my life. I've lived here for 4 and a half years now and know that God has called me to full time ministry. I attended Elijah Generation for 2 years and I now work as a full time intern in the ministry and believe me, it definitely requires faith in the financial area but just remembers- what God orders, He pays for! He will provide for His will to be done in your and your son's life. Keep up the faith!

Hello Victoria, my name is Damian. I am 17 and am currently involved in Elijah Generation which is a scool of ministry our church has. I went through two of the treatment programs here;Second Chance(the troubled teen program) and Teen Enterprises(multimedia learning program which is a small step above Second Chance). I was sent here a year ago by my parents against my will. I was unsaved and unwilling to change. After 2 1/2 months of Second Chance i finally broke down and give my heart to Jesus. I knew the whole time that it was what i needed to do, but I was so entrapped by my sin, I didn't know how to TRULY serve God. At first I was very upset and angry with my parents, but now i can truly say that i have the best relationship I have ever had with them now. I truly appreciate seeing that you would do anything to see your son happy and that was what my parents were looking for for me. Through Jesus Christ it was made possible by coming here to Phoenix and if I wouldn't want it any other way. I hope that this may help you to have some encouragement as to whatever you are going through that there is hope in Christ Jesus. May the Lord bless you in all that you do!
Sincerely,
Damian
