Profile Information

My Testimony (about me): I got saved on November 17th, but then I backslid, now I am trying to get myself back on track, I want to be good for myself, my family and most importantly my god. I was never into drugs or gangs or anything like that, but I did lose my virginity at an early age and I wish I would've waited because then I would have been more financially stable for my son. My boyfriend James and I have been together for 3 years and are trying to do the will of god because before we came to church we listened to secular music, but now we think about the future we want for our son. Everytime I walk into church I feel more close to god its like he's reaching for my hand to pull me closer to him. Last year I went through a rough time when my heart was broken by james, i began to have suicide thoughts when i was pregnant, then god spoke to me he told me don't give up and to have faith because i needed it for my son and myself. I use to question if god was real or not, but i know he has to be because he has gotten me through so much. I use to think I didn't deserve to be loved, but everyone is loved by god no matter what they do. I believe that I am changing, suddenly I dress different, I choose not to listen to secular music and when my mom chooses to listen to it in the car I just think about music about GOD. My life is really falling into the lords hands, when I need him he always seems to walk along me and pick up the pieces. If you pray and you believe God will always direct you to the right path you just have to choose if you want to follow him. Although I have not been to church in a while, God is still in my heart and recently he has helped me by taking care of my grandma while she was in the hospital. I am eternally grateful for God listening to my prayers and helping my grandma get better.
