My VIDEO Journey From FAT TO FIT! Praise HIM!!

It's been a painful but now rewarding Journey from 230lbs to 130lbs. Im 37 years old and I feel better than when I was in my 20's. I started having children at 23. I had no idea what I was going to endure with gaining so much weight. God brought me through it and blessed me far beyond what I ever thought could come of it.

 Now it is my passion to help women and men get their health and eneryg back as well as trim down or tone up. Watch my video on my journey from fat to fit! I even tear up when I watch what God brought me through. I give him all the glory for it and thank him daily for allowing me to speak to people everyday and be a part of transforming then on their journey to health
